Inderjit Singh M.D. is a board-certified nephrologist and director of Gateway Nephrology. He earned his medical degree from Maulana Azad Medical College, University of Delhi in New Delhi, India. He completed his residency in internal medicine from Easton Hospital, Hahnemann University, PA followed by a fellowship in nephrology at University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, MI. A Fellow of the American College of Physicians (FACP) and the American Society of Nephrology (FASN), Dr. Singh has been featured in the Best Doctors issue of St. Louis magazine for the last several years.  In private practice since 1995, he also serves as a Clinical Assistant Professor of Medicine at Saint Louis University.

Although Dr. Singh provides medical care to patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD), end stage renal disease (ESRD), hypertension and other related metabolic, fluid and electrolyte abnormalities, he has a special interest in electrolyte abnormalities and bone mineral disorders (MBD).

In addition to serving as the medical director at Jefferson County Dialysis Center (JCDC) and Perry County Dialysis Center (PCDC), Dr. Singh is on staff at most dialysis units in metro St Louis area and in Jefferson County.

Dr. Singh sees patients at multiple hospitals throughout the region and at his offices in St. Louis, Jefferson County and Granite City as well as in outreach clinics in Perryville, Farmington, Potosi, Iron County and Ste Genevieve.
